“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “Plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Jeremiah 29:11”

Aimee Arce has been an active part of education for almost 20 years. Christian education has been her passion, and she has invested many years in teaching and bringing students closer to God through academics. She attended Union County College, and then graduated with her Bachelor’s of Arts in English, and also completed her education courses at Kean. Since then, she became Principal at Alpha and Omega Christian School. Mrs. Arce noticed how things began shifting when it came to education and the way children learn. She noticed that college is not the route children today are considering for their careers. They are surrounded by the new forms of generation: youtube, tik tok, instagram, and so much more. Unlike many in their 30’s and up, this generation knows that college is not the only way of having a career. Mrs. Arce identified this and  realized that children need guidance and exposure on how to succeed through these occurring changes  and the many different outlets available. This is where the idea of a school for entrepreneurship was born. Mrs. Arce, along with her partner Mrs. Sheila Varela, realized that a school that taught students how to succeed, regardless of their career choice, was of need and high demand. This is when decided to provide these services through HCA.
